Breathe. This is one of the most normal things that can happen. Here's exactly what to do.

    First — breathe.

    You are safe. This is normal. You are not the first person this has ever happened to, and you won't be the last. Nobody is looking at you. You've got this.

    Get to the bathroom.

    Ask to use the restroom. You don't have to explain why. "Can I use the bathroom?" is enough.

    Fold a few layers and place it in your underwear. It's a temporary fix — but it WORKS. It'll hold you over until you can get what you actually need.
